What is the Saxton First Time Investor Loan?
A rental loan for your first investment property
The Saxton First Time Investor Loan finances a first rental property, qualifying on the rent the property produces rather than requiring a track record of ownership behind you.
When the loan is taken in the name of an LLC or other entity, a personal guaranty is required from the owners. Your credit history and reserves are still reviewed either way. First-time investor transactions carry their own maximum loan amount.
Use it to purchase or refinance one to four unit investment property and eligible condominiums, with loan amounts from $100,000 to $2 Million. Cooperative units are not eligible.
